To burn a CD which will open a website automatically via AutoPlay
when inserted into a Windows machine, place autorun.inf and
setup\i386\shelexec.exe from this directory onto the CD-ROM.  If
your home page is named index.html and in the root directory of
the CD-ROM you're done, otherwise edit autorun.inf and change both
references to index.html to point to your site's home page.
